Project Meetings
Prior to the start of every project, we conduct a thorough briefing with every technical resource. Project expectations, payroll processes, benefits and policies are all discussed at this time. Throughout the life of the project, we follow up with both the resource and the client to ensure the project is going smoothly.

Employee Recognition
TPG facilitates events and coordinates recognition programs to reward resources whose performance exceed client expectations.

Employee Development and Training
TPG provides professional guidance and feedback to our resources regarding the development of their IT career. We also facilitate training options, as needed, throughout our relationship with our resources. We do this to promote success on current and future projects, and to promote career satisfaction with the resources.

Performance Reviews
Performance reviews are conducted on a formal basis as determined by TPG and client management prior to the start of the project. Performance feedback is also provided on an informal basis throughout the life of a project. These reviews, held regularly, offer TPG technical resources the important feedback that is an integral component of improvement and job satisfaction.
