Gretchen Buhler Ventura
President and Chief Executive Officer

Gretchen Buhler Ventura founded Technology Project Group (TPG) with the vision of transforming the way companies work with IT consulting firms.

Creating a unique culture with each client helps to build the foundation on which Gretchen bases each and every business relationship. Her strategic executive leadership and professional expertise allows her to develop operations processes that are based on proven methodologies, and have the flexibility to support individual client needs.

Prior to the formation of Technology Project Group, Gretchen was Division Vice President of Advecta, a division of Pro Staff. She was also Sales Vice President, Vice President of International Operations, and Branch General Manager for more than 10 years with Alternative Resources Corporation (ARC). President and CEO of E-Praxis, and District Manager at General Electric Information Services round out Gretchen’s 25 year, successful history in IT services.

Mary Goad-Olson
Vice President and Managing Partner

Managing the sales efforts and client support for Technology Project Group is not just Mary Goad-Olson's role…it's her passion.

As one of the company's founders, Mary has over 23 years' experience in new business development, 20 of which have supported the IT industry. For the 15 years prior to co-founding TPG, Mary led the sales efforts at Alternative Resources Corporation (ARC) where her technical selling and client management skills led her to become one of the top 5 salespeople from 1993 to 2001. Her business acumen and ability to understand and develop complex technical solutions helped to define her clients' success, as well as her own, over the years.

Mary has supported clients in a variety of industries and takes a personal approach to understanding their needs and goals. Knowing the details and make-up of each client organization is paramount to the development of the appropriate business solution. Defining client needs, understanding the business objectives, and matching the appropriate skill sets are important aspects that Mary brings to ensuring seamless, cost efficient technical support for every client.
